Just yesterday, I've heard a very sad and tragic story where an elderly man had decided to end his own life after losing his 41yrs-job by commiting suicide. It definitely requires a lot of guts for one person to dare to take his own life. He must've been very depressed and couldn't find any purpose in his life anymore. As he did not have a family of his own, it drove him further down the road to suicide.

Kaho, I can feel that you're very sad and down after hearing the news, so am I. Although you've just known him for a couple of months, you did your best to try to get him into the old folks home after being retrenched. You made the effort to ensure he will be taken care of. I do not think many people will do the same as you just did. I never would have thought that you'd do such a kind act towards that uncle. I personally do not know that uncle, but if I were him, I'd be very grateful to this kind hearted young man who made an effort to do all these. Although it was a little too late, but no one is to be blamed for this. No one could have predicted that he will be gone by then. No one could foresee that he will take his own life.

You're such a nice and kind hearted person, I was deeply touched by what you did. But the fact that even though it was a short period of time, you'd do all this proves that this is the good side of you, despite the stubborness sometimes. I really can feel that you've grown up and have become more responsible, although you've just started working not too long ago. No longer the one who used to portray the image of a playful guy.

Don't feel sad about this. I know you can't help but to feel affected by this news. Give it some time and try to let this matter slip away slowly. Don't let this be the reason behind any unrational decisions. =)

Life has many lessons to teach us.
And I guess this is just one of them...

Here I am again, and this is the 3rd week I'm going vege straight XD
17days to be exact, haha~ hope to go on...and I'm kinda used to it now...so, yeah it won't be a problem.

Am really really tired today...had class frm 9-12.30, although it was suppose to end at 12 >_< brain was clogged up with F7 already...
Went over to join my mom and aunty for some stuff...went for economy rice lunch and then back to college for F9 class from 2-4pm @_@
Was really moodless especially after lunch...and I particularly hated classes after lunch, especially when it's F9. Not that I don't like it, but in fact I like it a lot, so I didn't wanna feel moodless for any of my F9 classes. But all F9 classes had to be at 2pm..so that can't be helped. XD
F9 however ended at 4.30 today @_@ Warrgghhh~ the blain seriously sudah K.O
So, it was 3.5hrs+2.5hrs of brain stuffing...was really sick of calculating and interpreting ratios for both F7 and F9 class...and all the EPS crap..and the working capital, cash & debtors management...@____@
Towards the end, I managed to calculate whatever I'm suppose to, but couldn't patch up the whole picture...
haha luckily tomorrow, Mdm Cheah's gonna repeat it all XD~

Tired~still gotta read up today's notes though =.=

It sure is stressful these days right? Especially when everything's so new to you and whatever you've learned cannot be put to practice in your work. Out of nowhere, emails start coming in and you gotta add another task to your list. More and more responsibility comes in day by day. Datelines and all the paperwork to do...and all the late nights in the office >_<

I know its all very hard at the beginning but trust me, it'll be worth the while later in the years to come =)
So, its ok. All this is good learning experience which money cannot buy you.
As long as you think you've tried your best then it's alright =)
Remember, you're not stupid.
Don't ever think you're stupid, cause if you are, you won't even be able to land yourself in a job now right? Its just that you're not used to doing all this yet. This is a whole new thing, so I guess it takes time. You're a very talented and smart martian, so I believe you can do it! /=)

Well, I haven't worked before so I'm definitely not in a position to tell you how you should act. Don't think that its a way of exploitation or being underpay -although company may be making use of you >_< but try not to think it that way...take it as a time as an opportunity where you can explore and learn more ;-)
I know that it's very difficult in the beginning, but if you hang on to it, I believe you'll have a very bright future ahead.

Despite all these, you're still able to stay strong and I know you'll be able to handle the situation no matter what /=) I know you'll definitely do well...
Wish I could also help you reduce some of your workload, but I can't, haha~ can only offer moral support.

wow this is really one of my most stomach-satisfying supper since I'm not sure when XD
Other days, it was just milo, milo, er bun, em and milo...
Had 2 biji 'tau sar beng'...really wanted to eat the sticky sticky 'heong beng' but I took the wrong packet =_=|| errgh...and I had to eat it anyway...
Then had one small spongy bun with a layer of kaya in it =) yum~
and then another bottle of Vitagen to top it up!
LoL my mom thought that the whole idea of going vege has made me hungrier faster...
but it wasn't...somehow I got hungry faster today =.=
anyways, I'm tired...eyes especially...wanna sleep early
gotta finish reading up my F9 notes tomorrow >_<

Today's also the 10th day I managed to go vege straight...xD
hope to go on longer~ perhaps I'll go down by a kg or two perhaps? LOL

Oh yea, GD is finally cleared of all those charges thrown against him last December! ^^

Commit vs Lab Experiment

I've read this article called "The dating scene" from the Star Online. It talks about the relationship issues faced by teens and how most people got carried away by their new found freedom in college/university.

 I've read somewhere that most couples in their tweens up till at least 23yrs usually won't last long. They only manage to stay together up till a period of between 2months to 2yrs...Well, most of them that is.

Don't have to go far, even some of my friends are experiencing this sort of 'trend' or pattern I should say. I mean it's like so predictable. One day you see him or her with someone, and a few months later he or she will be back to the single status or perhaps have already found another boy/girlfriend.

Sometimes I just don't get how certain people's mind work. It's either they have some forgetfulness disease where they can just erase anything about their past relationship so fast, or they just have that kind of attitude where 'if I can't fit into this shoe, so I'll just get another one'.

The reason why they can put down one pair of shoes so easily and go buy another one so quickly is because they didn't even take the effort and time to try out the shoe and see if it really fits them. And the shoes probably don't cost that much, so they don't lose much anyway. And most important thing is they think they can afford to buy some more shoes, so what is one pair to them?

The same goes to teenagers these days...

I'm not saying all are like that, but it seems as though these people are taking this like some sort of experiment. You like this girl you met last month, and you sorta fell for her. 

You confessed. She accepted it.
You guys are seen together almost 24/7.

It's like you can't get enough of the other person.

Movies and outings every weekend.

Camwhoring, posing with sweet hugs and kisses all the time- posting them on Facebook to show off the person you're dating to the world.

Few weeks later, the first issue which led to a quarrel finally arised but somehow they got back together and all the lovey dovey thing came back.

A month or two later, the same thing happened.

After a few quarrels, they got sick of each other's attitude. The guy would be saying 'How can she not understand my feelings after these few months together?' The girl would complain 'I don't know why is he doing this to me. Has he changed?'

Eventually, one of them would want to break up. 

Well, my point is that no relationship can last long enough if it is just based on the 'I-like-you-so let's-just-be-together' feeling. Yes, it may be something like love at first sight but are you sure you love that person itself or just the face and cute personality? Although I don't deny that good looks do help XD

I believe in this saying 'easy come, easy go' where the faster you jump into a relationship, the quicker its going to end.
For me, I have to get to know you before committing myself into something. I won't go into something unless I believe it would be worth the while. I don't want to jump into a relationship only to discover slowly one by one, the other side of him which he did not show earlier on. And this would definitely lead to misunderstandings and possible fights. I personally hate this cause its so emotionally stressful and brain-draining. 
I prefer to be friends first...maintain a close friendship for quite some time. Get to know the other person better, slowly. Know the good side, and also the bad side lol, then you'll know if that person is meant for you. See the true side of that person as time goes by.
What's the rush? It that something's meant for you, no matter what it will still be yours one day.
If I were to begin, I would want it to be a lasting one whereby we truly understand and trust each other. I don't want it to be like some lab experiment.

I've started going vege since Monday...and today's the 6th day I'm going on vege consecutively ^^
In a way, I'm proud of myself for being able to go on for so long XD
FYI, the longest I've been on vege last time was only for a day /==
and that was also only a few times a year LOL
So, this time, the fact that I could actually go on for a week was something, haha
Why wouldn't you people believe me that I'm going vege? =_=

Why?
Hm, I would say it's because its healthy to go vege...
less meat, less fatty things, lower chances of heart disease & stroke
>_< I can't imagine my arteries being blocked by chunks of fatty acids.
less meat, less killing (although I know it wouldn't make much of a change if it's only me going vege)

I can't stand to see videos of people slaughtering chickens, cows, pigs, dogs, rabbits, goats for their meat and sharks for their fins >_<

Although they're animals and they can't talk, you can see the look in their eyes...

I once saw a video of a cow they were about to slaughter during Hari Raya Korban...and it was really a pityful scene...they say it was a way of being kind and charitable as the meat would be donated to the poor, but who is to think of the many lives they were about to kill? Just because they're farm animals and not in danger of extinction, then we're free to kill as many and don't have to worry cause they'll just breed more?

Anyway, the point is, going vege is good for your health and helps you to accumulate good deeds.

Throughout this week, I've managed to stay away from chicken, fish, sausages, and all other meaty things which I usually eat. I didn't really feel the effect cause mainly I like to eat a lot of vegetables, so I wouldn't mind eating all greens for lunch and dinner and I wouldn't say that my choices of food will be limited to a huge extend. Although, I did think of eating stuff like KFC, kurma chicken =.= er, butter chicken...drumstick....T__T roasted chicken wing.....

Walked out and went to look for coloured memo pads in a few shops...bought one stack in the end, but when I opened the box, it was only the border of the paper that was coloured...

AFC's 2nd Carwash

Last Saturday, er 13th March...yea we had another carwash in conjunction with SYCI's open day...
It was tiring but fun, and at the end of the day each of us got RM6 of profit (just enough to cover for my lunch at Samudera lol) The usual bunch of ppl came to help out, namely Vemal, Eunice, Jiao, Adrian, my cousin and I...

and my mom asked me to get my aunty's help...

It's like the whole car's locked...

Didn't know what to do, as we tried every single possible way and the key just wouldn't turn.

End up, we had to leave the car at my aunty's house for 2nights...good thing the car was not blocking the gate fully.

Anyway, the tow truck came to tow the car back to the service center this morning...all the way to First Garden.

They called in the evening and we can go collect the car...

I drove back all the way back home from 1st Garden LOL

That was my first time driving on a highway (yes =.=) and KK road was at its busiest cause it was almost 5.30pm...but I managed, haha~ 

My mom was like telling me to be careful all the way...

Anyway, all's well and I'm no longer car-less XD
