Why Msian Artists Can't Make It Big

Do you know why Malaysian artists can't make it big like how Big Bang did in Korea & Japan???
Because generally, Malaysian guys=face problem XD~ (with the exception of a few though, but majority ada face problem) LOL Martian, you're excluded from the above statement.

Any Tom, Dick & Harry can be a celebrity here...

Also we have fat guys with a goatee/mustache/beard...You think it's so cool? Please go get a clean shave cause it looks super disgusting.
We have super skinny guitarists with pathetically straightened long hair who tried too hard to look punk-ish but failed miserably. They wear weird accessories and outfits. It's totally ok for GD to wear strange, alien-like shades when he's performing cause he can afford to pull off such a look. It's also ok for him to also go around in a bowl-cut hair style and still have fangirls adoring his cuteness. It's ok for him to wear something totally out of this world and still call it fashion. But these people back here in Malaysia are NOT GD, so what that may look good on GD, may not look cool on them. Haha~
We also have tons of other female celebrities whose sense of fashion when they're on stage (god knows how they look like when they're offstage) could cause them a life time sentence in fashion jail. =.= The costumes for dancers were seriously pathetic. You wanna make them wear halter neck tops & deep-V dresses, but you're afraid that it will be too revealing so you had to go and add on another inner layer of clothing which is similar to the skin tone. Come on! =.=
Even the stage set-up is a turn-off to many viewers. They're so freaking plain, dull, small- NOT CREATIVE at all. Lightings are definitely insufficient, contributing to the overall dullness.

Most rock bands have super weird names which made absolutely no sense and their songs are just plain noisy. Of course, they stand nowhere compared to rockers like Chris Daughtry and Aerosmith.
Concerts in which local artists performed are not as well received as Big Bang concerts, lol. Big Bang concerts were sold out in just minutes and only 1 out of every 12.5 fans got their ticket. Take last night's Ambang 2010 Kuala Lumpur new year concert sponsored by AmBank Group for example. True, it was packed with people perhaps due to the fact that its new year's eve and people just wanna come out and celebrate, but I seriously doubt they know every single artist that performed.

I feel like I'm writing some essay for SPM or something, but seriously the Malaysian entertainment industry is that bad. I'm not going to even talk about local dramas and movies...music is enough to show how poor its performance is compared to the entertainment industries of other Asian countries. It's a good thing people like Nicholas Teo & Guang Liang went over to Taiwan. Otherwise, they would have literally died here in Malaysia. We might not have even heard of 童話 or 当孤单你会想起谁...
